Hilti among the 25 best employers worldwide
Schaan (FL), October 14, 2015 – For the third time in five years, Hilti has achieved a top position in the world rankings drawn up by the Great Place to Work Institute by attaining 22nd place.
This top place in the World’s 25 Best Multinational Workplaces 2015 rankings assessed by Great Place to Work is based on the current ratings achieved by the Hilti market organizations in numerous countries, including both Switzerland and Liechtenstein, where Hilti is based. Several hundred Hilti employees took part in the surveys held in these countries and independent analysts from the Great Place to Work Institute also carried out comparative assessments with other companies. After 2011 and 2013, where Hilti ranked 15th in each evaluation, the company has now been ranked among the 25 best employers for the third time by Great Place to Work.
“This latest award at an international level is a great success that affirms our long-standing efforts to generate a corporate culture having a sense of identity,” says Sabine Krauss, Head of Global Human Resources at Hilti. “We want to be a modern employer that offers an attractive framework along with an optimal infrastructure. The feedback of our employees is an indispensable factor in being able to gauge their sentiments. We draw concrete measures from their input and our employees see that their responses generate a direct effect.”
