Our delivery options
Choose from a range of standard, same-day and special delivery services and charges.
You choose where you want the items to be delivered – to your offices, or jobsite or even to a Hilti Store.
Your order will leave our warehouse the same day that you order just contact your local Hilti team for more details.
You can also choose a specific time or jobsite.
Or use our Click & Collect service, where you can order online and pick up your order – within an hour – from the nearest Hilti Store to you with stock available.
Customized packaging
We can also pack for special assembly requirements or for specially sized orders using our flexible packing systems.
Just tell us how you’d like your items packed and we’ll do the rest.
Modular support systems
We also offer special delivery services for modular support systems.
This includes preparing them before we send them to you – including cutting, pre-assembly and creating kits of parts packed into one order.
We can even send them to your jobsite the next day.
Apps
You can also use our Hilti Stock Locator and Hilti Order Status apps to check stock and to track your order. Just download them from Google Play or the AppStore.
Or we can email or text you, to let you know the status of your order – including shipment tracing data – as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
