Schaan (FL), June 8, 2015 – Ranked at place 12, Hilti was once again awarded a top position among Europe’s Top 100 employers by the Great Place to Work Institute.
The Group’s top position in the “Best Multinational Workplaces” category is the result of high rankings achieved by several Hilti organizations in Europe. To be eligible for this pan-European competition, a company has to make the list of best employers in at least three countries. The “Best Multinational Workplaces” and the “Best Large Workplaces” categories consist of 25 companies each, while 50 firms can qualify for the “Best Small & Medium Workplaces” category. According to the Great Place to Work Institute, companies can make it to these rankings if they share a common trust-based corporate culture in several countries.
“At Hilti, we invest a lot of time in the cultural integration of all our employees around the world, which is reflected by the high degree of employee identification with the company. Being awarded a top score in such a ranking shows that our teams appreciate our claim for an employee and performance-based culture,” says Sabine Krauss, Head of Global Human Resources, commenting on yet another successful Hilti ranking. To work out the score, the Great Place to Work Institute randomly chooses a number of employees for anonymous interviews to discuss topics such as trust, credibility, respect, fairness and team spirit at work.
