    MAY 2022

This issue is about one of the biggest game changers in Hilti’s history – Nuron, the new battery platform that was launched with great success at the beginning of the year. We take a closer look at the heart of Nuron and show how the latest innovation was introduced in Region W1. 2022 also marks the start of the biggest generational change in Hilti’s history. Among others, Tassilo Deinzer and Thomas Hillbrand have been part of the Executive Board since January 2022. We met them for an interview as part of the cover story. We want to highlight another personnel development in this issue and have interviewed Michèle Frey-Hilti. You can read her responses on social responsibility, her new role on the Board of Directors and what she and her father have in common starting on page 16. Pages 26–29 are devoted to worldwide projects with exciting contributions from Germany, Thailand and Chile, among others. You can find these and many more stories and reports in the magazine.

    NOVEMBER 2021

The German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche once said: “New paths are created by walking them.” This issue of “team” magazine is all about that sentiment. Stefan Nöken will be handing back his Hilti ID card at the end of this year and travelling new paths in 2022. He tells us exactly what he plans to do, and how the last days of work at Hilti feel for him. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in all of us having to change the way we work – this includes the Events Team. The new path they are on has resulted in different event concepts, both for face-to-face meetings and for digital and hybrid meetings that will connect us even more as a global company in the future. Our plant in Thüringen, Austria, shows us what new paths apprentices are taking with their “Journey to Myself” personality development program. You can find these and many more stories and reports in the magazine.
