To apply for the Hilti Scholarship Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications

• Master's applicants: Bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5.
• PhD applicants: Master's degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5, 3-5 years of relevant work experience and at least one published paper in the field. 

Recommendation Letter

• A letter of recommendation from a lecturer or academic advisor is required to support your application. 

Admission & Financial Standing

• Unconditional admission offer letter from a recognized university in Malaysia.
• No concurrent scholarships tied to financial aid obligations.

Citizenship & Work Authorization

• Malaysian citizens preferred.
• Foreigners requiring no visa sponsorship from Hilti.

Complete the online application form and submit your CV and a one-page write-up about the scholarship application. 

Step 2: Digital Interview
Answer a few questions from a pre-recorded video interview to showcase your skills and motivation.

Step 3: Interview Assessment
Short-listed candidates will meet with senior Hilti leaders and members of our management team in two rounds of interviews. Note: Only short-listed candidates will be notified and invited to the interview session. 

Step 4: Scholarship Award
Successful candidates will be notified when they receive the scholarship award.
